A simple, yet distinct brand mark was designed to be symbolic of the property being located on the crest of Herne Bay’s northern slopes (the corner of Jervois and Laurence streets) and offering 28 luxury apartments. A marketing campaign comprised of print, advertising and digital helped enable a sell down of the all property units.
