The Grey

The Grey is a boutique apartment comprised of an artful balance of edgy architecture, sophisticated interiors and a building that epitomises Grey Lynn.
The brief required design and marketing materials which would appeal to a wide range of purchasers who share a common desire to live in this vibrant, city-fringe neighbourhood.

The brand needed to exude a fresh attitude and modern feel, with the objective of appealing to a young professional target market. Street style photography helped to capture the vibrancy of Grey Lynn and played a key role in telling the brand story.
