Waipapa are 18 luxury apartments nestled in the seaside village of Mairangi Bay offering a superb location, stunning views and everything one would love about the North Shore lifestyle. Waipapa takes its identity from the name given to the area by Maori. The literal translation is ‘Water over wood'; referencing submerged trees in the former wetland between Beach Road and the shoreline. The brand mark and select imagery became central to expressing this idea.
